Polka Dots!!

This week's challenge over at Sunflowers and Dragonflies requires you to make a card with polka dots! I love polka dots! I finally got to use my border punch I got on Black Friday, too! It's such a simple way to dress up a card. Almost time to mail out Christmas cards and I don't have nearly enough! I've got to get busy!
